Jenny Tsantilas is the founder and visionary behind Superior Property Management, bringing a lifetime of experience in real estate, business leadership, and operational excellence. Her career began in property ownership and management in Massachusetts, where she oversaw a 40-unit Class A office and retail plaza, laying the foundation for what would become decades of success in commercial and residential real estate. Since then, she has expanded into acquisitions, redevelopment, brokerage, international investing, and large-scale portfolio management. Jenny has successfully led multimillion-dollar real estate portfolios, managed complex tenant relationships, negotiated high-value contracts, and redeveloped underutilized spaces into thriving community assets. Her strength lies in seeing both the big picture and the daily details that protect and enhance property value. Through Superior Property Management, Jenny combines deep ownership experience with a personal commitment to service, ensuring every property is managed with the same care and discipline as if it were her own.

My approach is both analytical and intuitive, grounded in market expertise, strengthened by confident negotiation, and always centered on protecting my clients’ long-term interests. What sets me apart is the depth of my involvement beyond the transaction. I oversee all property management operations within our company, ensuring each asset is managed with precision, discipline, and a long-term ownership mindset. From leasing strategy and tenant relations to financial oversight and asset preservation, every detail is handled with intention. From first-time homebuyers to complex, multi-million-dollar 1031 exchange transactions, I bring the same level of care, strategy, and execution to every client I serve. In addition, I personally lead renovation and remodel projects across our portfolio and for select clients. From concept to completion, I direct design, finishes, contractor coordination, and execution transforming properties into refined, high-performing assets while maintaining disciplined alignment with each client’s budget and investment objectives. My background also includes advanced legal education, having attended law school and earning my LL.M., which provides an added layer of insight when navigating contracts, structuring deals, and protecting client interests. I have consistently maintained Airbnb Superhost status including direct oversight of the Blue Bayou Inn and multiple short-term rental properties, personally delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing performance and returns. As the Leasing Manager at Superior Property Management, I play a central role in the leasing experience and ongoing stewardship of the portfolio. I oversee property showings, applicant coordination, and lease preparation, ensuring each home is presented with professionalism and thoughtful attention to detail. Beyond leasing, I maintain strong relationships with residents and work closely with trusted vendors to coordinate maintenance needs across the portfolio. I also assist with property enhancements and remodeling projects, helping ensure improvements are executed smoothly and align with the overall vision for each property. Known for my responsiveness and organized approach, I help create a seamless experience for residents while supporting the continued care, presentation, and performance of every home under management. A lifelong Florida resident, I am also a proud mother of two and grandmother of five. Currently, I am continuing my education and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management, further strengthening the skills and knowledge I bring to my role and the property management industry.
